- Sessions with a wide variety of librarian-led bibliographic instruction
can be scheduled. by placing a request on the scheduling calendar.

- Sessions with a wide variety of faculty-led media instruction are scheduled by Dr. Julian Scheinbuks, 773-995-2983, of Technology and Learning Resources. Room 144, the Media Lab, may be scheduled by calling 773-995-2983 or using the scheduling calendar.
- Special Events and Public Programming
- The Public Relations and Development Coordinator, Administration, Room 438, schedules meetings regarding special events. Reservations for your activity can be made by contacting Tarshel Beards at 773-995-4414
- Archives and Special Collections Meetings
- The Director, Records and Archives, Room 330, schedules meetings regarding historical archives. Reservations for your activity can be made by contacting Dr. E. J. Carter at 773-995-3843
- Library Committees and Organizations
- Room 210, the Bibliographic Instruction Room, can be scheduled for meetings that require its configuration. This room is to be scheduled for library instruction purposes only.
